When honey crystallizes it doesn’t mean it’s bad! Learn why and how to resolve. NOTE: I do not recommend using boiling water and plastic bottles. My .5 lb bottles deform significantly. You can place them in the dishwasher for a complete cycle, or place in a sunny window or hot car.
