    Honey Roasted Pork Loin

From Food.com.  I tried this but with the pork steaks, which I cooked in the pan.  Then I removed the steaks and reduced the sauce.  Very nice.  The sauce could have been thicker though. 2 lbs pork loin (boneless) Salt and Pepper to Taste 1/4 c. honey 2 tbsp. orange juice 2 tbsp. olive oil 1/2 tsp. thyme 1/2 c. chicken broth   Preheat the oven to 375. Season the pork and place in a roasting pan. In a separate bowl, mix together the honey, juice, oil and thyme. Pour over the pork.  Add the broth to the pan.  Bake until internal temperature reaches 150 (45-60 minutes).  Baste frequently.  Strain…

    Strawberries and Honey

Not so much a recipe as a serving suggestion… Fresh strawberries, sliced Honey Whipped cream/topping Slice up strawberries – quartered is fine.  Drizzle honey to taste.  Add whipped cream/topping. Using honey rather than granulated sugar is a better choice – no grainy feel in your mouth, plus you add the honey flavor along with your sugar for free!

    Cure for the Common Cold

Thanks to Scott Graham for this recipe. 1 Massive lime (or two the size of small planets) 1 VERY generous slug of VERY cheap blended whisky 2 Tablespoonfuls of powerful Justman bee honey Squeeze the limes into a micro-waveable cup; mix with the rot-gut and the honey. Stick into the microwave and nuke until it begins to bubble. Consume with care! No self-respecting cold germ will willingly stay inside a body prepared to ingest this stuff. Works every time.”
